Over the past 20 years, Oliver has worked across European policy, alternative finance, EU programmes, and early-stage funding ecosystems. This includes founding the European Crowdfunding Network (ECN) in 2013 and contributing to early discussions around crowdfunding regulation and market development in Europe.

In their current role at EUROCROWD, their work sits between policy, capital, and implementation, translating ideas into systems that can actually function. This involves collaboration with public institutions, platforms, investors, accelerators, and funding programmes across different stages of market evolution and sectors.
