Milen is a serial entrepreneur that became an angel investor and a VC fund manager. He founded and lead for 6 years the Bulgarian chapter of Founders Institute – one of the largest pre-seed accelerators in the world.

Milen is a Jury Member in the EIC Accelerator at the European Commission and a mentor at the EIC Scaling Club advising the top scale-up deep tech companies in EU.

He is also a co-founder & chairman of the largest angel network in Bulgaria – Bulgarian Angels Club and currently a Managing Partner at Sofia Angels Ventures - a seed co-investment VC fund backed up by EIF that invests alongside angels, family offices, corporates and other private investors throughout EU in tech startups. 

Milen's portfolio includes Health-tech, Future of Work, AI, Agritech, Engineering, Smart Mobility, Energy and other investments.
